Senior
professional with 8+ years of progressive growth and experience in developing
and managing partnerships and alliances. ·
Experience
in the healthcare industry engaging with senior executives in medical,
technology, and management roles highly preferred. ·
Experience
in the nonprofit or government sector is highly preferred. ·
Bachelor's
degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred. EXPECTED ROLE Lead external engagement and build relationships
with key industry and government stakeholders and drive overall funding for
NCG-KCDO special initiatives. ·
Solution
Vendors: Establish
strong relationships with digital health solution vendors, align them to the
overall digital transformation vision, and ensure ongoing participation. ·
Tech
Organizations:
Develop strategic partnerships with tech organizations to collaborate on
transformation blueprints and enable access to thought leaders and technical
assistance. ·
Government: Partner with central government to
align on foundational capabilities (e.g., data standards), support the rollout
of key initiatives (e.g., ABDM) and help shape policy ·
Academia: Partner with academic institutions
to help research successful digital transformation models, test new ideas, and
assess market readiness ·
Donors: Engage with the donor community to
provide regular updates on initiatives and track the donor pipeline. ·
Team
Building & Engagement:
Develop a strong team with expertise in channel partnerships, strategic alliances,
and funding; Develop a comprehensive communication plan. ·
Operations
& Research:
Support NCG internal digital transformation and KCDO organization development;
Research successful partnership models and compile best practices. ·
Strategic
Execution: Develop
and drive short-term (1 yr.), medium-term (2-3 yr.), and long-term (5 yr.)
roadmap for partnerships supporting digital transformation. Skills and Attributes ·
Proven track record in driving short-term
and long-term success across diverse sets of partnerships and alliances. ·
Demonstrated
experience in building trust-based relationships with senior professionals
across sectors – corporates (especially technology organizations), government,
and academia. ·
Strong
desire to contribute to social impact at scale with a long-term view. ·
Ability to engage with a wide array of
partners in effective dialogue and influence them to align to shared goals
collaboratively and inclusively. ·
Excellent
communication skills (spoken and written), strong
program management experience, business orientation, and ability to drive
data-driven decision-making. Compensation: This will be commensurate with the qualifications
