        SELECTED CANDIDATES OF“SIX MONTHS’ CERTIFIED TRAINING IN ONCOLOGY”COMMENCING FROM 02.03.2022 AT TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

           The following Doctors have been selected for the ‘Six Months Certified Training in Oncology’ at Tata Memorial Hospital for the March, 2022              session.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS

1. All trainees of foreign nationality must obtain registration for clinical training from the National Medical Commission of India, New Delhi. For further details refer website: http://www.mciindia.org.

2.       You have to register yourself online in http://indianfrro.gov.in/frro/formc within 15 days from the date of your arrival in India.  The printout of the online C Form to be submitted us within 15 days from the date of joining the training.

3. Trainees are also required to obtain the clearances and visa from the Indian Embassy from their country. Admission to the training course will be subject to clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.

4. Successful candidates must pay the non-refundable course fee of Indian Rupees 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) + 18% GST needs to be paid in advance to Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, at the time of joining.

5. Candidates presently employed, must submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the present employer.  Alternately they could present a sponsorship letter from your present employer.

6. Trainee candidates are requested to produce 3 recent colored photographs of front face (Size 3 cms X   4 cms).

7. Accommodation will not be provided.

8. Charges for cafeteria and meals at the hospital, if availed will be charged as per the prevailing rates at the Centre.  A sum of Rs. 5000/– will be towards diet deposit.

9. All trainees are advised to consult their local occupational medical facilities to determine if they need any vaccinations, prophylaxis etc.

10. All trainees are advised to buy a medical insurance and travel insurance before leaving their country of origin, so as to cover any incidental medical expenses or travel related problems during your stay in India. Tata Memorial Centre will not cover the costs for any medical treatments, medicines, hospitalization, etc. you may require during your stay in India.

11. All trainees are required to submit their current vaccination status for Hepatitis B. TMC follows CDC recommended guidelines for all their staff and trainees for performing clinical procedures.

12. Selected candidates are requested officially to confirm the acceptance of above terms immediately through e–mail: hrdtraining@tmc.gov.in
13. Trainees must report the undersigned on 02.03.2022 at 09:15 a.m. along with the original and one photocopy of their passport, visa, MCI certificate and relieving order from the present employer at the time of joining. It advices that you notify the date of your arrival in India.

14. Upon your arrival, you should contact the Office of the Director (Academics), Training Cell, Room No. 1307, 13^th floor,  Homi Bhabha Bldg,  Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Street, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012, any time after 09.15 a.m. to complete the necessary formalities.  You will be given the proper identification badge which will allow you to access the various facilities in the Hospital.

2)      Successful candidates must pay the non-refundable course fee of Rs.48,000/- (Rupees Forty Eight Thousand Only) + 18% GST for Sponsored candidates and Rs.36,000/– (Rupees Thirty Six thousand Only) + 18% GST for Non–Sponsored candidate needs to be paid in advance to Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai at the time of joining.

3)      Candidates presently employed, must submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the present employer.  Alternately they could present a sponsorship letter from their present employer.

4)      Trainee candidates are requested to produce 3 recent colored photographs of your front face (Size 3 cms X 4 cms) for the Identity Card.
