“ONE MONTH CERTIFICATE COURSE FOR LONG TERM CENTRAL VENOUS ACCESS DEVICES (CVAD)” FROM 04.01.2022 TO 04.02.2022.

The Department of Nursing and Department of Medical Oncology of Tata Memorial Hospital affiliated with SNDT University, (Continuing Adult Education Department) are happy to announce the commencement of ‘One month certificate Course in Long Term Central Venous Access Devices (CVAD)’ from 04.01.2022.

Chemotherapy is one of the most important modalities of cancer treatment of hematological malignancies and solid-tumors. Central Venous Access Device is a safe and effective route for patients who require long duration of venous access.  Oncology nurses need to develop high degree of skills in inserting, maintaining and managing the CVAD to provide comprehensive care to patients.  Preference will be given to sponsored candidates.

All the outstation candidates are required to make a note that Accommodation will be provided subject to the availability of accommodation. Diet will be charged as per the rates of the Centre.

How to apply:

a)      Last date for online application is  10.12.2021 upto 05.30 p.m. (Indian Started Time)

b)     Candidates must send in their candidature through “Online Application” only.

c)      Candidates will be initially screened and call for interview on the basis of information provided by them In the online application form.

d)     Incomplete applications will be similarly rejected.

e)      Candidates who would be called for interview are required to carry online application form, original documents alongwith one set of copy in support of the details furnished in the online application form regarding date of birth, Educational Qualifications, Experience certificates, Caste certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate etc, failing which such applications will not be allowed to appear for interview.

f)       Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to restrict the numbers of candidates call for the interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualifications and experience of the applicants.  Mere fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for interview.

g)       In case it is found at any stage of recruitment that the candidates dose not fulfill the eligibility  criteria and / or, the candidate has furnished any incorrect / false/ incomplete information or has suppressed any material fact (s), his  / her / candidature will be cancelled. If any shortcoming is detected, even of the appointment, the services of candidate are liable to be terminated forthwith. Therefore, before applying for any course, the candidate should ensure that he / she fulfills all the eligibility criteria. Under the norms mentioned in the advertisement.

h)     Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right not to call any candidates to appear for interview with assigning any reason thereof.

3.   During the period of training, the Trainee shall not apply for any post or any other courses/

             P.G. studies / Scholarship or appear for any examination or interview outside.

4.  Persons working under Central/State Government/Autonomous Body/Semi Government

     Organizations and other Public Sector Undertakings must submit their application through

      the head of the organization.

5. The applicant must possess valid email ID. All correspondence with applicant will be done through email only. Information regarding the date of interview will be provided through email to the eligible candidates only. Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of related documents will be of the candidates. Tata Memorial Centre will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid / wrong email ID provided by the  candidate on delivery of emails to spam / bulk mail folder etc.
