SENIOR RESIDENT in RADIATION ONCOLOGY

Selected candidates should report on 01.10.2021 at 09.30 a.m. at Homi Bhabha Block, 13^th Floor, Academics Office, TMH, Parel, Mumbai –  400012 positively with the following ORIGINAL documents &  attested 2 sets of copies :

Check List :-

1.       Birth Proof (PAN/Driving License /Birth certificate)

2.       MBBS Passing / Degree

3.       MD/DNB/MCh/DM Passing

4.       Maharashtra Medical Council registration OR State Council Registration (MBBS/MD/DNB/MCh/DM)

5.       MCI recognized registration certificate (MBBS/MD/DNB/MCh/DM)

6.       PAN card copy (2 copies)

7.       Aadhar card copy

8.       One cancelled Cheque OR Bank passbook (For payment purpose)

9.      Passport size photographs (05)

10.  Experience certificate, if any

11.  Resignation letter OR Reliving Order, if any

Selected candidates are required to give their acceptance immediately by email : tmhresident@tmc.gov.in failing which the next candidate on waitlist will be considered for post.

Note : Selected candidates who failed to produce any documents as per our Advertisement 52/2021, his/her selection will stand cancelled.
