6. Once participants have completed the online registration process and
payment, they will receive an email at the registered email address confirming
the successful registration. 24-48hrs before the commencement of the meeting
the participants will receive by email the log-in details to access the online
proceedings of the meeting. On the spot registration i.e. registrations done 2
days prior and during the conference will be need 20-30mins to be processed and
grant the participant online access to the meeting. Early registration is
7. All participants will be issued a CME (continuing medical
education) certificate which will be sent via email (at the email address
provided at the time of registration) to the participant in digital format
after the entire conference proceedings have been completed and the online
feedback forms duly completed.Participants will be given 7 days from the date
of completion of the meeting to duly fill up the online feedback form. Only
participants who have successfully submitted the online feedback forms within
this stipulated time will be issued a digital CME certificate. There will be no
physical CME certificate issued. An application for CME points for the meeting
will be made to the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC). A mention of CME points
will be made on the CME certificate subject to approval by MMC. All CME
certificates will be issued in the category of registration i.e.

8. As this meeting is on a virtual platform the success of transmission
is totally dependent on the internet service of both the Organisers and the
participants. While every attempt will be made to ensure a stable internet
connection throughout the meeting, the conference organisers will not be held
responsible for any interruption or termination of transmission due to internet
connection issues. In this sense, there is also no guarantee that the results
of using these services will meet the participant’s expectations.
9. The conference Organisers reserve the right to modify or cut short
the proceedings of the meeting as they consider appropriate, at short notice
and without prior intimation to the participants.
10. Downloading, reproducing, distributing, re-uploading, re-publishing,
exhibiting, selling, licensing, making publicly available in any form,
communicating publicly or exploiting third-party content for any purpose, of
the conference proceedings either in its entirety or of any part or portion of
the content of this meeting either audio, video or both is not permitted,
unless permission for the same is obtained in writing from the Conference
organisers. The Conference organisers reserve the right to initiate legal
proceeding if this is violated
11. While every attempt will be made to address questions raised by the participants
on the Qand A chat service, the organisers cannot guarantee that every question
will be addressed.
12. The opinions / comments expressed by panellists or participants are
their individual opinion and are not necessarily endorsed by the Organisers.
13. Inappropriate or improper use of any of the services offered by the
conference organisers for Oncosurg 2020 may lead, at the discretion of the
Organisers, to the participant being denied access to the proceedings of the
conference and may disqualify the participant from registering for any event
either virtual or physical, conducted by Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai for a
time period considered appropriate by the conference Organisers.
