Selection Methodology:
v There shall be online Written Examination.
v The candidates residing in Mumbai may attend the Interview at Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. E. Borges Road, Parel, Mumbai 400012 and those residing at Vizag may attend the Interview at HBCH & RC, APIIC Industrial Park, Next Varun Motors, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530053, others may appear for interview on Skype.
v Candidates seeking “Skype Interview” should forward their Skype ID on or before 11.08.2020 at recruitmentvizag@tmc.gov.in

v The candidates may be shortlisted on the basis of Online Written Examination / Interview.
v No travelling allowance is admissible for attending Interview. The date fixed for online Written Examination / Interview cannot be postponed.
v Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
v The SR post is of 1 year duration commencing from 1st September, 2020. Selected candidates has to deposit an amount of Rs.86,000/- at the time of joining or the same will be deducted in Five equal installments from their salary. The deposit will be refunded without interest after completion of Senior Resident training / term whichever is later. However, Resident can leave the post after completing five months term with one month’s notice (6 months) he/she can avail the refund of deposit. If Resident leave the post midway, without notice his / her last month’s pay (30 days) will be forfeited.
v Director, TMC is the appointing authority, whose decision shall abiding and final.
v Appointment orders shall be issued subject to clearance & verification of documents.
Important: Produce documentary evidence that your PG Degree is recognized by the MCI at the time of Interview.
Guideline for Online Written Examination & Skype Interview for the post of Senior Resident in the Departments of “Head & Neck Oncology” and “Pathology”.
1. For online written examination and interview, ensure a good & sustained internet connection.
2. A link shall be sent to candidate 13/08/2020 just before scheduled time of online written examination on the email ID provided in their online application form.
3. There shall be MCQ based qualifying online Written Examination followed by Interview (In Person/ Online).

5. There shall not be negative marking.
6. The candidates are advised not to switch off cameras during the written examination and to submit the filled in question paper within 15 seconds once the exam time is over.
7. The Candidates shall be informed telephonically / by email regarding their selection for interview.
8. The candidates may be shortlisted on the basis of Written Examination / Interview.
9. Candidates who avail online written test and interview on Skype should make sure that the written test is accessible for the said time and that Institution will not be responsible for missing the written test.
