The non-sponsored candidates are required to pay Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) & the sponsored candidates are required to pay Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) the non-refundable course fee of either in cash at the time of joining the certificate course.
Please note that candidate should bring their own aprons for wearing during the course.
Out station candidates may be provided hostel accommodation @ Rs.1200/- p.m. for medical category and @ Rs.600/- p.m. for non medical category during their training period subject to the availability of accommodation. Diet will be charged as per the rates of the Centre. A sum of Rs.500/- p.m. will be charged towards transportation.
Diet charges for cafeteria / Dining Room facilities, if availed will be charged as per the rules of the Centre at the existing rate of Rs.2,500/- p.m. (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) per month. A sum of Rs. 4500/- towards Diet deposit.
If you are presently employed, you must submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from your employer OR, you could present a sponsorship letter from your present employer.
You are required to produce 3 recent colour photographs of your front face (size 3 cms X 4 cms) at the time of joining. You are required to produce all original certificates regarding educational qualifications, Marriage Certificate, date of birth, Nursing Council Registration Certificate, etc., at the time of joining.
You are required to confirm your acceptance through email on – hrdtraining@tmc.gov.in. You are requested to report to Mrs. Sandhya Raut, Course Co-ordinator, on 16.03.2020 at 09.00 a.m. in the Office of Infection Control, Main Bldg, 4th floor, Private Ward, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012, Tel: 022-24177000, Extn.: 4739 / 4664 in the prescribed hospital uniform at this hospital.
