RESULT of HBNI FELLOWSHIP in ORAL ONCOLOGY & RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY 

Selected candidate should report on 01.08.2019 at 09.00 a.m. at Homi Bhabha Block, 13^th Floor, Academics Office, TMH, Parel, Mumbai –  400012 positively with the following original & attested copy of documents :

1. Birth proof       

2. Passing & Degree Certificate (BDS/MDS)

3. State registration OR Dental Council Registration (BDS/MDS)

4. PAN card copy

5. Aadhar card copy

6. One cancelled Cheque OR Bank passbook (For payment purpose)

7. Passport size photographs (05)

8. Experience certificate, if any.

9. Resignation letter OR Reliving Order, if any.

    

Selected candidate is required to give his/her acceptance immediately by email : tmhresident@tmc.gov.in failing which the next candidate on waitlist will be considered for Fellowship.

• HBNI Fellow have to pay Rs.18,500/- by using Debit / Credit Card (Admission, Registration and Library fees) at the time of joining.
