Dear Colleagues
We are delighted to invite you to participate in the “Advances in Breast Cancer 2016” symposium to be held from 14th -16th October 2016 at Aamby Valley Lonavala.
This state of the art multidisciplinary symposium is the second in the series of biannual meetings jointly organised by the Indian Cancer Society, Tata Memorial Hospital (Womens’ Cancer Initiative) and GOKARMA Oncology Association.
We aim to highlight recent advances to evolve a consensus on pathology, imaging, surgery, radiation therapy and the systemic management of breast cancer. In addition, this year, the meeting will focus on issues related to “Locoregional Therapy”. The evidence for current practice recommendations will be discussed in light of newer advances, so as to evolve a consensus related to the management of breast cancer across the country. Renowned international and national faculty will participate in the deliberations over an exciting program, spanning 3 days.
The conference should provide a great learning environment for all those involved in the management of breast cancer. It will also offer an opportunity for residents and young oncologist to present their data and to interact with their peers.
The famed lush green surroundings of the famed Aamby Valley, provides a magnificent setting for this academic feast, and will offer an excellent opportunity to unwind in the lap of nature.
We eagerly look forward to welcoming you at Amby Valley, Lonavala.
Best wishes
