Bhaha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur (A Unit of Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai)
announces a Certified Training Course in Basic Clinical Laboratory
Techniques for Laboratory Technicians.
This training program will be focused on routine biochemistry, routine
hematology tests along with an overview of cytopathology and histopathology
techniques. The course will cover theoretical, technical and
practical aspects. It will include hands on training on the state of
art analysers with emphasis on quality control, calibration, sample
collection and laboratory record maintenance. Hands on training will be
given for various routine stains techniques. Selected candidates will
be rotated through all sections of laboratory procedures as per requirement
and In house examinations will be held periodically and certificates will
be awarded to successful candidates on completion of the course and service
bond.

Qualification
|
B.Sc. from a State University with minimum 55% marks in Biochemistry /
Chemistry / Zoology / Biotechnology. DMLT from a recognized Institutions OR B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory
Technology from a State University will be preferred.

Clinical Lab for 1 year is desirable.

COURSE FEES

STIPEND
|
Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand Only) per
month for a period of six
months.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
|
Selected candidates are required to deposit
an amount of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) at the time of
joining. The deposit will be refunded without interest on
completion of the training course or after completion of the internship
whichever is later. If trainee leaves the training at any time
before completion of the training, deposit will stand forfeited. .

SERVICE BOND
|
Selected candidates are required to execute
an agreement to serve the Tata Memorial Centre w.e.f. 01.02.2017 on a consolidated remuneration @
Rs.10,000/- p.m. (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for a period of six months
after successful completion of the training.

All the outstation
candidates are required to make a note that Accommodation will be provided
subject to availability.

HOW TO APPLY: Eligible applicants would be
required to apply ONLINE through
the link on our website viz. http://tmc.gov.in . No other mode of application will be
accepted.
For applying Online, the applicant must possess
valid email ID and a facility to take printout of the Acknowledgement
Receipt. All correspondence with the applicant will be done through
email only. Information regarding offer letters etc. will be provided
through email. Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing
of related documents will be of the candidate. Tata Memorial Centre
will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong
email ID provided by the candidate or delivery of emails to spam/bulk mail
folder etc.
The candidates shall pay a non-refundable
application fee of Rs.250/- Demand Draft drawn in favour of Tata Memorial
Centre, Parel, Mumbai, on or before 30.06.2016 to Administrative
Office, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Civil Hospital Premises, Sangrur
148001. No other mode of
payment will be accepted. Female, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped
candidates are exempted from paying of application fees while submitting
application.
The application can only be submitted after entering the Registration Slip
No., DD Number. The candidate must submit a recent passport size
photograph, attested copies of all certificates regarding Date of Birth,
Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate, and
Physically Handicapped Certificate etc. along with the copy of online
application form so as to reach the Administrative Office, Homi Bhabha
Cancer Hospital, Civil Hospital Premises, Sangrur 148001 on or before 30.06.2016.
Only committed applications will be accepted. The candidate will be
responsible if the application is not committed online and submitted to
H.R.D. Department.
During the period of
training, the Trainee shall not apply for any post or any other courses/
P.G. studies/Scholarship or appear for any examination or interview
outside.
Any trainee leaving or remaining absent from
the training before completion of this course will have to refund the
amount of stipend together with interest thereon as per the applicable
rates, as may be fixed by the hospital. Those candidates who are
found below expected standards with consistent poor performance in studies
will be terminated from the training course.
Persons working under Central/State
Government/Autonomous Body/Semi Government Organizations and other Public
Sector Undertakings must submit their application forwarded through the
head of the organization.
Late & incomplete
applications are liable to be rejected. No correspondence of any kind
will be entertained.
Last date for receiving applications may be relaxed by two weeks in respect
of candidates working or training abroad provided they send a PDF version
of the complete application with all relevant attachments before the last
date.
Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to
restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on
the basis of qualification and marks. Merely fulfilling the prescribed
qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for the
interview. Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right to reject any
