Course duration: One year (Six months Training +
Six months Internship).
Stipend:
·
Stipend (For S. No. 1 to 12): Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand
only) per month during Training period (for six months) and Rs. 10,000/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month during the Internship period (for six
months).
·
# Stipend (For B.Sc. (Physiotherapy)/BPT
candidates): Rs
10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month during Training period (for six
months) and Rs 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) per month during the Internship
period (for six months).
·
# Stipend (For MPT Candidates): Rs 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve
Thousand only) per month during Training period (for six months) and Rs
15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) per month during the Internship period
(for six months).

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1.
Security Deposit: The selected candidate(s) will
have to deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) as Security Deposit at
the time of joining, which will be refunded without interest only after
successful completion of Training and Internship. If the candidate leaves the
training before completion, the security deposit will be forfeited.
2.
The
trainee shall not apply for any post/any other courses/PG studies/Scholarship
or appear for any examination or any interview outside of Tata Memorial Centre
during training.
3.
If
the candidate leaves the course before completion, he/she will have to refund
the stipend received by him/her till that time. In addition, the security
deposit will be forfeited and no certificate will be given. The candidate will
execute undertaking of this effect on a Non-Judicial Bond at the time of
joining.
4.
The
total number of leaves/ absences during the entire training and internship
shall not exceed 30 days.
5.
The
candidate who remains absent/avails leave for more than 30 days will be
required to complete the training and / or internship period as extension.
During the extension period, the candidate will not receive any stipend or
remuneration.
6.
Those
candidates who are found below expected standards with consistently poor
academic and technical performance will be advised to discontinue the course.
Such candidate will also forfeit their claim for the refund of security
deposit.
7.
Candidate
who will not perform well during the training period and on assessment found to
be trainable, the training for such candidate will be extended for a period as
assessed by the respective Department In-charge. During the extended training
period, candidate will not receive any stipend/ remuneration.
8.
Candidates will have to make their
own arrangement for stay, travel, food etc. required during the Training &
Internship.
9.
It is mandatory to submit the current
vaccination status against Hepatitis B. If vaccination is not done, the same
should be completed prior to joining the Training.
10.
The
candidate must
obey all the Rules and Regulations of this Hospital in force from time to time.
11.
Candidates
who have appeared for the qualifying examination as mentioned in Essential
Qualification column above, may also apply. If selected, their joining will be
considered only after production of passing certificate and fulfillment of
Essential Qualification for the applied Training Course.
12. Candidates (General & OBC)
shall pay the online application fee of
Rs. 250/- by using Debit Card/Credit Card. SC/ST/Female candidates/ Persons
with disabilities are exempted from paying application fees. The application
fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstance. Candidates are
advised to verify their eligibility for the Course before applying and making
payment of application fee.
13. Separate
application should be submitted for each Training Course.
14.
The last date of online
application will be 28.11.2022.
15.
The
candidates are advised to apply online well in advance without waiting for the
closing date. Tentative date of Interview/Written Test will be 12.12.2022
at HBCH/MPMMCC, Varanasi. Candidates are
advised to plan accordingly.
16.
Once applied online, the candidates are
required to download the submitted application and send to resident@hbchk.tmc.gov.in
along with the relevant supporting documents pertaining to candidate’s
education and experience in a SINGLE PDF FILE (Max Size:10 MB).
Shortlisting of the candidates will be done on the basis of the documents
submitted.
17.
The
Courses will commence from 02.01.2023.
18. The number of advertised
positions may increase or decrease at the time of interview.
19.
Tata
Memorial Centre reserves the right to cancel the courses, fix minimum
eligibility standard/ bench mark and restrict number of candidates called for
Interview, considering various factors like number of vacancies, performance of
the candidate etc. and decide to determine the qualifying marks for selecting
candidates for the interview. Mere fulfilling the prescribed qualifications
will not entitle an applicant to be called for Interview. The Tata Memorial
Centre also reserves the right to fix minimum eligibility standard/ cut-off
marks (Group/ Stream/ Discipline/ Category-wise etc.) while finalizing the list
of such candidates to be called for interview as well as selecting the
candidates for final selection after the interview. The decision of the Tata
Memorial Centre in this regard shall be final and binding and no correspondence
in this regard will be entertained.
20. All correspondence with the
applicant will be done through email resident@hbchk.tmc.gov.in. Tata
Memorial Centre does not take any responsibility for non-receipt of application
Online/ email, not receiving email due to invalid/ wrong email ID or email
delivery to spam/ bulk mail folder, etc.
