Admission Process

FOR MD / DM / M.Ch DEGREES

a) For MD courses

All admissions are made through NEET – 50 % All India Quota & 50% State Quota.

b) For DM / M.Ch. courses

All admissions of DM / M.Ch courses are made through NEET – Online National Counseling Round from the year 2017.

1 year Service Bond (Mandatory)

All registered MD and DM / M.Ch. students have to submit bond of 1 year to serve at Tata Memorial Hospital and in any outreach centres as mentioned in the bond details

 

  1. MD Bond details – Attachment
    Candidates have to sign a bond of Rs.  25,00,000/- for one year service.  Candidate will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 10,00,000/- for discontinuation of tenure for MD courses.
  2. DM / M.Ch. Bond details – Attachment
    Candidates have to sign a bond of Rs.  50,00,000/- for one year service.  Candidate will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 10,00,000/- for discontinuation of tenure for DM / M.Ch. courses.
 
FOR NON- MEDICAL / SCIENTIFIC DEGREES

M.SC. /PH.D.

We conduct M.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. in Clinical Research.Advertisements are displayed for M.Sc. courses on the website every year in the month of April.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria can apply.

M.Sc.(Nursing) : 
B. Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc.   
Nursing / B.Sc Nursing IGNOU / Any Recognized  University. 1 year experience Mandatory In a Hospital / Nursing Institution / Community Health setting

M.Sc. (Clinical Research) : B.Sc in Bioscience/Life Sciences (Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology), B.Sc in Chemistry, B.Sc in Clinical Nutrition, Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science (B.Pharm), Graduate in Medicine (Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha), Graduation in Dentistry (BDS), Occupational therapy (B.Sc), Physiotherapy (B.Sc), Nursing (B.Sc), Paramedical technology

 

Ph.D. (Health Sciences)

Advertisements are displayed based on the availability of the project.

FOR SHORT TERM COURSES

  1. Two years Advance Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology (ADMIT)
  2. Two years Advance Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology (ADRT)
  3. One year PG Diploma in Fusion Imaging Technology (PGDFIT)

Advertisements are invited through web advertisement published on TMC website and in Newspapers in the month of  April.

Eligibility criteria

  1. B.Sc. passed in any recognized university in India for ADMIT and
  2. B.Sc. Physics for ADRT
  3. B.Sc.  (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Statistics,  Botony,Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology.) for   PGDFIT

Admission selection process

Candidates are selected through MCQ based Entrance Exam followed by interview

  1.  Available for MD and DM /  M.Ch.  There is no hostel fee

  2. For non-medical / paramedical courses hostel will be provided as per availability to outstation candidates only on payment of hostel fee
