Education and Training are vital activities of the Centre. The centre is conducting regular training programs for students who wish to observe, understand and conduct specific techniques to hone their skills, undergraduate students seeking research exposure during their courses, graduate students seeking to work on specific areas to complete their Master Degree as a partial fulfillment of the course and professionals who wish to learn from centre’s expertise. The training programs are conducted throughout the year and vary from two weeks to six months. The centre also holds multiple workshops in disciplines such as flow cytometry, anti-cancer drug screening and human genetics. The institute runs an open day which showcases the facilities available in the centre to Bachelors and Masters students in the life sciences as part of our goal to promote a career in cancer research.
