Bladder washing smear from a 59-year old female, presented with complaint of epigastric pain for a period of six months. Ultrasound sonography (USG) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging scan (MRI) revealed two flat lesions in the urinary bladder and a solid flat lesion in the left upper ureter. Since the cystoscopy did not reveal any lesion or growth in the urinary bladder, ureteroscopy was performed which showed a solid fleshy growth in the left upper ureter causing stricture
