This is a cervico-vaginal smear of a 37-year-old lady, who presented with complaints of irregular menstruation and menorrhagia since 2-3 months. She was undergoing treatment for infertility 3 years back. Per speculum vaginal examination showed normal cervix with bulky uterus (10-12 weeks) size. Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis showed enlarged uterus with a 3.5 cm x 5.9 cm solid mass in the endometrial cavity with cystic and hemorrhagic areas. The endometrial thickness was 35.9 mm.
