A 25-year old lady presented with complaints of abdominal pain and irregular menstrual cycles. Positron Emission Tomography-Computed Tomography (PET-CT) Scan showed FDG avid cyst in Rt. ovary and hypermetabolic peritoneal and omental deposits.Serum Tumor markers were within normal limits. Exploratory laprotomy with omentectomy, peritoneal biopsy and right paratubal mass excision was carried out. During laporotomy, presence of free fluid was noted. 15 ml of intra-operative peritoneal fluid sample was received for cytology.
