A 56-year old male, chronic tobacco smoker, presented with complaints of cough with expectoration, dyspnea, chest pain and hemoptysis of 3 months duration. Computed Tomography (CT) scan showed nodules in lobes of right lung with multiple enlarged lymphnodes in mediastinum with gross pleural effusion. Diagnostic tapping of pleural effusion wasperformed andsent to cytopathology laboratory.
