This is a Pleural fluid of a 55 year old man who presented with complaints of breathlessness, fever and chest pain of a month duration. He did not have any smoking or alcohol habits. He was treated with AKT prior to being referred to TMH, but had no response.

His CT scan showed multiple mediastinal, supraclavicular, axillary lymphadenopathy and massive pleural efusion. His viral markers like HIV and HBsAg were negative.
