Bronchial lavage smear of 76-year old male, a known case of multiple myeloma post chemo-radiotherapy, and currently on Zoledronic acid. He presented with complaints of cough with expectoration and breathlessness on exertion since 10 days. Computed tomography (CT) showed multiple nodules in both the lungs, consolidation, few indeterminate and discrete peripheral nodules. Bronchoscopy did not reveal any lesion or extrinsic compression.
