A 76-year old male was evaluated for complaint of dysuria and haematuria of one month duration. His ultrasonography scan (USG) of abdomen and pelvis showed a 2 x 2 cm growth in the anterior wall of the urinary bladder. Subsequently TURBT was done and the histopathology was Non-muscle invasive high grade urothelial carcinoma. He was given intravesically one dose of Mitomycin. Now the patient is asymptomatic and for further management of the disease his voided urine was submitted for cytology. Cystoscopy did not reveal any residual tumour.
