Clinical Details This is ascitic fluid of a 39-year old female with complaints of abdominal distension and pain. She had a diagnosis of right breast carcinoma treated by right radical mastectomy and subsequently 3 cycles of chemotherapy 2 years back. The computed tomography (CT) Scan of abdomen showed multiple liver lesions with portal vein thrombus, multiple bony metastases, metastatic left retro-pectoral and retroperitoneal lymph node.
